Neighborhood Watch is a volunteer program dedicated to creating a sense of community and safety through education and partnerships with Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, Precinct 3 Constable's Office and The Woodlands Township Fire Department. Neighborhood Watch is an effective way to reduce crime because it is about neighbors knowing neighbors. It forges bonds among neighbors and provides extra eyes and ears for reporting crime. Through Neighborhood Watch, residents learn how to make their homes more secure, to watch out for each other and the neighborhood and to report suspicious activity to law enforcement.

Grogan's Point Neighborhood Watch Program was launched in 2017. There are approximately 500 residences in Grogan's Point and 28 of our neighbors have become volunteer Neighborhood Watch Coordinators for their areas. They have attended a training class and are actively communicating safety alerts, tips, and announcements to their nearby residents. We all appreciate the great work they are doing to help keep our community safe.

Would you consider joining our team? The work is easy and does not take much time. If you are interested in learning more about being a Coordinator OR need to know who your Street Coordinator is, please email Sheri Dunlop, Grogan's Point Neighborhood Watch Coordinator.
